"Myself and my in-laws have been filing my taxes with John for several years. This past year, John was not responsive to my many calls and emails. He failed to file my taxes, and said he filed an extension. He lied about filing the extension and it ended up costing me $500 in penalties and $88 in interest charges because this year I owed tax. It's very disappointing that this happened. I entrusted him to file our taxes, but instead it cost me big. Beware."

"Do NOT trust John Morgan. He lied to us for months about e filing our taxes when he knew darn well that he never did. Kept blaming the delay on Covid. The man is a very good liar. Also, he does not put his name and federal ID number on your taxes. Instead he signs them "self prepared" which holds you legally responsible if he messed them up. Which is illegal from what I read. Very unprofessional and unethical. Should not be handling people's money."
