"Horrible Service And I've Not Yet Even Filed! I initially called and scheduled an appointment to which to preferred to be virtual. The gentleman I spoke with said he would send me a link in order for me to submit my documents and I would then be contacted for an appointment. I never received the link so I called back a few days later to ask if could be resent and no answer I called 13 times no one answered. I then called from another phone, they answer. I'm told they will send the link which I did receive. She says I'm gonna let the tax prepararer know it's virtual. Ok great. Fast forward to the day of, my appointment still reflects in office and because apparently they've decided not to ever answer for my particular number I've tried calling 4 times and nothing. This place is horrible. People need to learn to do their job or find another one."
