"I have never been so insulted for asking questions about my refund. I have used him for probably 5 years and today my money and business will be going to someone else. When I was inquiring about the big difference in my refund he was shouting from someone over the person i was talking to while asking a question. Was very rude said its self explanatory and basically made me feel stupid for asking questions bad business all around save yourself the issues and aggravation and go to someone who has some respect I know everyone is one edge right now but that behavior was so unprofessional."
