"Flooring delaminated several months after installation with no follow up or concern from the company. The wrong adhesive was was used on a 10" x 20" LTV commercial tile as per the manufactures investigation. The tile floor de-laminated nine months later. Pecora Flooring refused to come back and look at the project, or assume any responsibility of their mistake. The owner or any other company representative refused to answer repeated emails or phone calls regarding the mistake. Truly a disappointment after years of working with this company on a commercial level."
