"No matter what dates I put in in their online reservation service it says, "We are so sorry. Looks like there are no properties matching your criteria.". Either their web site doesn't work or they have gone out of business."

"We stayed here for our wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect. There is not a single detail that is overlooked. The design is beautiful, the amenities are thoughtful and the beds?! SO COMFORTABLE. Contactless check in was a breeze and the staff was so accommodating. If you’re searching for a boutique hotel within philadelphia, I cannot recommend Archway enough."

"The rooms are nice, spacious, and exactly as shown on the website but the customer service is not good. They will charge you an extra $8 to replace a single towel or $33 to replace all of them. The price is also MUCH higher than listed obviously on Google with quite a lot of extra fees. The location is great visually but walking around it smelled like trash everywhere. Maybe that's just normal in a big city, idk. It was incredibly noisy sometimes in the middle of the night. Busy area. Their customer service people really didn't know what they were talking about at all. I asked if there was a dryer and they told me no and then called back the next day to tell me there actually is a dryer but it's difficult to use and they had to send me a PDF to figure out how to use it. They also didn't send me check in info and I had to call them to get it sent over. The ID verification online is a giant pain. It's glitchy and took me 20 minutes. For how much it cost, not really worth it."

"Stayed here the weekend of my wedding and the room was absolutely stunning and the communication from staff was great! The room had such a beautiful aesthetic for my getting ready photos. Can't recommend the Archway enough!!"

"Beautiful hotel and great location as others said. However, a few things I wish I had known before booking. There is no elevator - we were on the third floor - carrying luggage wasn’t an easy task. Our room (#304) faced Frankford Ave and the street noise was quite loud, which is to be expected downtown. The real issues though were the train which was just a few blocks away - it would shake the whole place as it went by - and the construction noise from across the street. The construction began at 4:30 AM one morning waking us all up. It was so loud and nonstop. If you book a room here I would try to get a room on the backside of the building if you can."
