"When you go in they are very unfriendly and act as though you are an inconvenience. They quoted us a price initially and then increased the install price for 1 room to 1200.00 plus the 800.00 for the material we chose. Ridiculous. They changed their story on us three times, when I called I was told they would have to call me back but never did. ServPro did the restoration for our church and Faris changed the quote and story with them and even ServPro was confused and suggested we go somewhere else. So we did and got the same material cheaper and our install much cheaper."
