"I went in to buy porch flooring. They didn't have any but said they would order it. Should be there in a week. 10 days later I called to get the status of the order. They guy claimed that they couldn't find the order and he would create a new order and it should be there in about a week. A week later I called, and a guy named Drew answered and said to come up to the store and pay and they would then order the lumber. If this is customer service, no wonder the world is so screwed up."
