Urban Tree is a unique store located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, dedicated to reclaiming trees and transforming them into beautiful furniture pieces. Situated at 7800 Susquehanna Street, Urban Tree works with homeowners and arborists to utilize older urban trees that would otherwise be discarded. Owner and craftsman Jason Boone, who has been woodworking for over 20 years, established Urban Tree in 2010 to fulfill his lifelong dream. Trained as an architect, Mr. Boone's passion for woodworking began at a young age, and today he creates custom, one-of-a-kind pieces at Urban Tree.
