"We have been trying to collect on an unpaid invoice for almost 200 days. Their accounting department does not respond to emails, or phone calls. I would highly suggest NOT doing business with this company."

"I'm a small pallet supplier and was suppling 120 to 200 pallets a week to their bagging plant. I asked about buying their scrap broken pallets out back, got one load that we loaded by hand. Financial officer said we got a load that his forklift drivers swear they loaded making it sound like we took a load that we did not take. He subtracted price of load from invoice and then said don't bring no more pallets. Before this all happened out of a misunderstanding they was great to deal with and I made sure they didn't run out of pallets. Only deal with one person there or get the shaft because management has no communication!"

"If you are a truck driver avoid this place. Got loaded would not tell me weight of skids finally the forklift driver told me they loaded 18 schedule at 3100 lb in my trailer I sent that won't work he said we have to load them. Had to go backwards on 81 to another facility to get weighed and reworked they have no scale on site they had one but the owner took it away. I was overloaded by 9,000 lb and it was done intentionally the guy behind me had the same problem they must be charging the customer by the pound."

"A friend of mine owns a Farm and Garden store in Andover, Ohio. He ordered almost two thousand dollars worth of merchandise from GardenScape which was to be delivered between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. today, May 15th, 2015. First, the delivery was almost 4 hours late. Second, the delivery man was unloading the truck in the wrong place, and refused to move it when my friend asked him to. Delivery guy was doing a lot of complaining about having to unload his truck in the rain. (MA The buyer, my friend, told Delivery Guy that he wouldn't pay him if he didn't move the new merchandise out of the parking lot and place it in it's proper place. Delivery Guy refused as he began to scream and yell at the buyer. The buyer, my friend, went into his store and called GardenScape, hoping to get a little help in dealing with Delivery Guy. The people at the store were even worse than Delivery Guy if that 's even possible."
