"Ordered inside doors that were supposed to take 2 weeks. Here we are weeks and weeks and weeks later and still only have 2/5 doors. 3 screw ups that they say never happen. They return NO calls, they offer NO help to rectify the situation. TERRIBLE place to do business with! Find a different company yo work with!!!"

"Customer service stinks. Orderd trim three days ago to be delivered. Told for two days on truck still not here . Get some better help that doesn't m ake up stories. And train not lie . Told would be delivered on truck. Get some new help"

"Customer service stinks. Do not buy any product from this company. The management at the branch level stinks. The customer service at the branch level stinks. No one has answers. A simple door replacement under warranty has cost me to lose 2 days of work while waiting for a door. The first time I waited 4 hours and the wrong door was delivered Today I had an installer waiting 4 hours for a delivery driver to deliver the door which has yet to arrive. Don’t waste your time with this company it will only cost you wasted time and more money if you have a warranty problem."

"So this was my first and last time dealing with this joke of a company. I ordered and payed for three doors and several hundred feet of baseboard. The doors showed in 2 days. I thought GREAT! But the base is what I needed most and was told it would arrive first. I called my contact 3 days later and was promised a call back. Lie #1. So I called her and was told she was not in but they would leave a message and she would call when she came in. Lie #2. Several calls later on Friday afternoon I was told the base was enroute from 20 miles away. She promised she would call before leaving for the weekend. Another lie. So I called four times. The jerks actually answered all the calls and instantly hung up "because it was 2 minutes after 5". Called Saturday morning and was told it was just ordered yesterday and would arrive Tuesday. BEWARE PEOPLE! Lying is a routine practice with this company and they absolutely do not care about what chaos they create regarding your job or schedule. I hope the few bucks they made was worth the boatload it costed them."

"Extremely poor service from 84 lumber in Mt Pleasant SC! Would not recommend doing business with them for any of your home improvement needs. We ordered 2 double French door sets from them LAST February still have not received the screens to go with the door set. After contacting the Mt Pleasant store over a dozen times & just getting one excuse after another...we contacted the corporate office to in essence get the same dead end service. We paid up front for a product they have yet to deliver well over a year later. Think more than twice before you consider 84 lumber. I surely wish we had gone elsewhere. Very poor business practice!!"
