"Liv from special orders helped me. She was a tremendous help. She is very good at what she does and she has not been there for a very long time. Home Depot would be wise to move her up into management. Having said that, the management team at Home Depot is not keeping an eye on the helpers / loaders that are supposed to be outside helping customers load their vehicles. Management is missing the ball. These guys are out there playing on their phones texting on their phones walking around like they're lost just so they don't have to help customers."

"The Home Depot is a place for home owners or contractors to fill there materials list for all different types of home improvements. I am a contractor and have been using this store for a very long time. They have always accommodated my needs in a timely manner. The store is really well organized. The layout to me is perfect. The employees at the Pro's desk are extremely knowledgeable and are able to answer any question that I have. I like how they go the extra mile. The store is extremely clean. The bathrooms are also always clean. I can spend a whole day in this Home Depot. This is by far the best Home Depot around town. The one thing that is important to me is the customer service is exceptionally unmatched."

"Sorry Home Depot, Lowes will be getting this $700+ sale. We don't give our business to sexist jackasses. After spending over an hour loading up our cart with lumber for a large outdoor project, my wife and I needed one more type of lumber before heading to the checkout. My wife looked up and down every isle in the area to find an associate to assist us, but was unable to locate anyone. There was one at the pro desk so she decided to go ask the associate if he could call someone to assist us. The pro desk associate called back to the lumber section and informed my wife that someone would be up to help shortly. 15 minutes later, he called back to lumber and informed the associate on the other end of the phone that a "young girl" was up here and needed help. He then muttered a few things under his breath, hung up the phone, and told my wife that the person in lumber was out back helping another customer and she'd just have to wait for him to finish. His degrading tone was off putting and disrespectful. After my wife returned and told me what happened, I walked out back to see if there was a customer being helped. No customer or associate to be found. I found the correct lumber at the bottom of a stack but without hijacking the forklift, there was no way to get to it. I waited for an additional 10 minutes and still saw no one. Have fun putting my order away."
