"She lies . Yes she has taken vacations. . I've been. At her buisness. Called and left messages. 5 months now. Never ever again!!!!!! I'm calling the better buisness beauro and u suggest you do the same. The lady the feeds her cats said she was at camp when I was there the last time. HORRIBLE"

"DO NOT USE THIS TAX SERVICE! My poor mom! She dropped of her taxes at the end of March and still has nothing! She is 84 and has never had a tax extension. When we found out about this, we called Blanca’s number. You cannot even understand her voice message and her voice mailbox is full. We cannot even leave a message. We’ve been to her office and finally went to her home. She told us mom’s taxes could be picked up on 6/14 or 6/15. Well, we tried that! She was not home. We’ve been there several times. I wish we would have insisted she gives us the information when we were at her door. She lied to us. We’ve left notes on her door at her home and office. So she is clearly out of town. We don’t know what to do! All we want is my mom’s tax information back. Should we send the police for a wellness check? I don’t know. I wouldn’t even give this lady 1 star, but you have to choose something to write a review. BEWARE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!"

"Words cannot describe my frustration with this woman. My taxes were given to this woman several months ago. She has failed to properly respond or be transparent for almost 3 months now. First she used a loss in the family as an excuse to not do her job for a month, she filed an extension, and when she finally returned for me to come in and finalize and sign for the tax return, she went on vacation. Her place of employment is a mess, she does not respond to messages or calls. It’s flat out laziness, 0/10, I do not recommend."

"This was my first time using As Blanda tax service. I will not use her ever again. I dropped off my tax info on March 4th and I called and left messages , emailed, and private messages her a over 6 times for over a month and never got a reply. On tax day I went to her office and arrived at 1:15 pm the office was closed til 5pm. My taxes were not completed to I asked for my papers and took the to H&R Block and they did them in less then 2 0 minutes. I would not recommend Blanda tax service."
