"David, the owner, is extremely unprofessional. He lied to us and was not a man of his word. He screamed at us in the middle of his showroom. The quality of the work was also very poor. We had hardwood floors installed and every single baseboard is now ruined. They also ruined our refrigerator and our water line to the refrigerator. David never once came to the house to see the finish product. He was only worried about getting his money. I would stay away from this business. Very disappointing experience. And extremely rude and inappropriate owner."

"A week ago we had Zack and Ryan install our beautiful luxury vinyl floor in our large family. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. We have a large stone fireplace and they cut around each stone on the hearth. Abbey sent 1/4 round to be used around the rest of the room. Instead, they cut the flooring to go under the rustic rough cut wood walls to make it look seamless from floor to the walls. It is gorgeous. Nobody asked them to do this. They took it upon themselves to make this room simply awesome! Thx to Zack and Ryan for going above and beyond!!! Kathy Dolan"

"My husband and I want to acknowledge the wonderful service provided by the Abbey team! From our first impression in the showroom with Dave M., to our installation with Zachary and Ryan, it was a great experience overall! Dave M. allowed us to walk the entire showroom remaining available to answer questions yet never being too forward with the sales process. His guidance was certainly appreciated since there are so many flooring options! Dave D. was helpful when he completed the estimate in our home, remaining patient with ALL of our questions. When the installation week arrived, Zachary and Ryan were amazing! They communicated each days expectations and kept us informed of any event that may alter that day's plans. Vic also did a great job in laying carpet in our basement. It is nice to have a crew that pays attention to detail!"

"We hired an independent installer to do our tile work, and he ordered supplies from Abbey for us. Our project was time sensitive and Abbey was very slow with everything. Our installer provided square footage to Abbey. They did nothing for one week, so I stopped in the store to put down a deposit. They took my deposit, and still took 5 days to place the order. They ordered the wrong grout, despite being given the details, so we had to choose a new color, do a return, re order, and wait another week. They also overestimated the amount of tiles needed for the footage. We were left with 85 extra 13 x 13 tiles, over $200 in cost. We ended up selling these on Craig's list rather than dealing with Abbey any further. They also had invoice miscalculations and were unable to find the paperwork at times. Would not recommend!"
