"Scam company that buys your information and uses it to try to collect money. They said I didn't pay taxes on my bonus money 3 years ago but my Fortune 500 company withholds all bonus payouts at a 40% rate and I get the 11-13% back after taxes the following year."

"Send a bill for a year I did not live in the area taxed for. I have evidence I lived and paid taxes for the place I lived, ignored that. Then one day it's taken from my check. I have now paid taxes for two different areas for the same year. I know others who get bills every other day from them. One of which their yearly school tax is 180. Now they're claiming it's 545 with no income change and no bill from LOCAL tax person who usually sends these out. Why wouldnt they get it in normal fashion and not from berk suddenly?No explanations, just a bill and pay NOW. They don't look at proof given. They need investigated"

"Worst Customer service options ever (Automated Phone), you have to jump through hoops to get to a live person! Website is not user Friendly. I do want to say that the customer on the line was helpful. The fees they collect for paying your bill online is unethical."

"HORRIBLE customer service. Awful practices. Their website and apps are almost UNUSABLE. Can't stand to deal with then. Am actively trying to find a way to get rid of then and go through a different company for local tax. To no avail unfortunately. Would give 0 stars if i could. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN."
