"I have purchase several pieces of yard and garden equipment here. The staff know the products, they are quick to help and friendly. If you plan maintenance with them, use seasonal planning because they do get booked way out because they service many types of brands."

"24 July ,2023 Went to Bortnicks to get warranty work done on Kubota. Many of the services writers are new and one only maintenance tech and one that just started today that can only do oil changes. I was told it would be two to three weeks before they would look at it. I was told three maintenance techs quit for more money somewhere else."
