"I've been getting my eyelashes done for two years, and my eyelash technician is Anna. I absolutely love her! She is punctual, friendly, professional and is a master at her craft. The staff is always friendly and accommodating to your schedule, which is a plus. The place is always well-kept and clean, and any supplies you need for your services they have for you for homecare."

"The customer service here has been good. The retention of my lash extensions has been poor. I’ve tried 2 different lash techs. I’ve had about 4 consistent biweekly appointments. I don’t want to post names because I’m not sure if it’s an issue with technique or an issue with the products used. I’m not new to lash extension care and do practice between visits. In the past before the pandemic I regularly wore lash extensions that would last up to 3 weeks without needing a refill. I took a break from lashes for a couple years because of the pandemic and other personal reasons. I just recently began consistently using lash extensions and noticing I’m barely making it to 2 weeks. I really like the customer service at this lash bar and the location works well. Parking isn’t an issue and scheduling is convenient for my personal schedule. I have to be honest. My lashes with exception of 1 visit have been to my liking. Unfortunately 2-3 days later the shedding for me is concerning every visit. I don’t have the free time to double back to address the shedding issues so I deal with what I have until my next appointment. I don’t know how other lash bars perform in comparison to this lash bar. I’m hoping to not have to explore other options."

"Been getting my lashes done here for about a year now and each time they never disappoint. They are very flexible with their scheduling and service is always great. The lash facility is clean and reclining chair is comfortable. I usually get a hybrid set and wash my lashes with lash shampoo every night except the day I get my lashes done. The lashes have great retention and are usually still in good shape after 3-4 weeks."
