"i received a full set thought it was grate work two weeks later when my nails started to come off i noticed it was ripping half of my natural nails all. Month later i still have just one nail stuck. When asking if it was safe to get a refill while my nails are like this and telling the manager her employe filled my natural nail to much and this was the cause she blamed me and yelled"
