"Absolutely terrible I will never go to this place again or recommend them to anyone. My fiancé dropped his taxes off February 15th and after about a month he called to see if they were done but they hadn’t even got to them. So about 2 weeks later he calls again and they still didn’t have them done. He went up there on April 18th to see why it was taking so long and that’s when they finally did them. After waiting 2 months for his taxes to be done they did them wrong."

"The IRS took money from our 2014 taxes 2009 tax debt. We should not have owed money for 2009, we were actually owed a refund. We dropped our tax information off with Richard Sr. in Steubenville in September of 2015. We were told that we would hear back in a couple of weeks. My husband called to inquire about our taxes every couple weeks until we had our 2015 taxes done with Richard Jr. in February 2016 in St. Clairsville. We explained that we had yet to hear back from the Steubenville office. Richard Jr. apologized, said he would help to get the process underway, and let us know that we would not be charged because of the time and lack of communication during the process. On 5/24/2016 we stopped into the Steubenville office to pick up our taxes. The lady at the front found our information and tried to bill us $125. We decided to talk with Richard Sr. the next day. Richard Sr. not only refused to stand by his son's offer, but also, refused my husbands offer of a compromise of $60."
