"Horrible place, I came here to get my nails done, gave the guy a design, he did the totally opposite. He was also rude when I told him that they were not at all what I asked for, and besides that they looked horrible, had glue all over, they were also crucked, wouldn’t recommend this place at all."

"The woman was nice but the experience was bad from start to finish. Nothing was clean, she did not take my old set off the right way (she literally popped them off with the corner of an acrylic nail rather than soaking them in acetone…which of course broke all my nails underneath), she did not trim my cuticles, I had to ask her repeatedly to filed my nails before she added the dip powder, she did not use the powder in a clean way…the list is endless. She did give me some art on my nails but even that looks bad and as she was doing it I regretted asking for it. And after all that, my nail beds started peeling away after 2 days. I will not be going back and I suggest you avoid it too."

"Worse experience ever! Stay away! Would give NO star if possible! Place is nice but don’t be fooled! Came In for a pedicure. Equipment was not sterile, filing boards were used down to the bare cardboard. Pumice stone so worn out it did nothing. Even though I mentioned it. I had to ask multiple times to please recut my toe nails as they were just barely trimmed and and ingrown corners were not done. Needed cuticles to be properly cut as well as toe nail shortened. The lady running the shop Puts me with a young lady that wasn’t properly trained as well, she had a terror look in her face and poor thing had no clue. I can’t bend properly that’s why I need the pedicure, but I rushed home and found the strength to bend enough to properly cut and do the toes."

"I called ahead and confirmed 3x “there is no wait right?” guy on the phone said no “kevin is free” i said “ill be there in 15 mins i have no time to wait please just be honest.” He said “ok come we see you soon”. Waited 35 mins before someone started working on me anyway…. Kevin did not even help me, it was a lady, very kind but deceptive. I kept telling the lady she was using two different colors on me i just wanted to match. She kept saying “wait for it to dry”… COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLORS. Then during my manicure i kept saying “please dont use the machine, my nails are thin and theyll break. She insisted saying “its fine”- Would not listen to me at all. Wasted so much time and my money. I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and now I dont know what to do. UPDATE: 4 of my 10 natural nails have broken. my nails only break when the machine is overused- EXACTLY what i asked her not to do repeatedly. I have chosen not to go back here to have them fix the color. Plenty of other places to go."
