"We tried to engage with Mr. Sagedy for our 2017 returns. The experience was a negative experience from the get go. The documentation was accepted outdoors! I understand it was a busy time as it was around the tax day deadline, but I haven't had a single experience where the services I was about to use were negotiated/discussed outdoors. With the documentation dropped off, there was no communication whatsoever. Again, I understand it was around the IRS deadline, but I did not hear from him at all! Sent some follow up information a few days later. No acknowledgement! Sent follow up emails! Nothing! I finally gave up and decided to take my business elsewhere."
