"Visited the Dover location back in April and paid over $600. I was told the taxes were filed and that a refund would be issued. As of today, no refund. I checked the IRS website and they have no record of our return. I contacted Eric M. and he said he would look into it 8 days ago. Still no refund, no other response from him, and the IRS still has no record of our tax return."

"We made an appt for Saturday at 3pm. I got a text on Friday that my appointment was the day before at 8pm. When I called the lady I had made the appointment with she did nothing to be helpful. She simply said that she didn't see an appointment for Saturday at 3. Saturday is tomorrow and I will be there at 3pm because she said it was fine. Tomorrow is the last day and if she screws us we won't be able to do our taxes this year."
