"Very much switch and bait on the pricing. The advertised price was less than 1/3 of the cost that we were charged and was not informed of this until after we had gone through the whole process. Only came in because the software was giving us issues and their online support was unable to assist. Was not talked to at all about our taxes during this process so I have no idea of we got the best return or not. Better off doing your taxes yourself or going anywhere else."

"The lady who helped me was possibly the nicest person I’ve ever met. When I came in for our scheduled appointment she was still helping another customer who I later found out was a walk-in and had four years worth of taxes to submit. She met me at the front and held out her hand to me as she was walking. I instinctively took it and she took me over to the coffee maker and apologized for the wait. She was so warm and friendly throughout the entire experience. I feel like I keep wanting to go back there. Her name was Beverly Mills from the Dellran New Jersey office. If anyone deserves a bonus or a raise or a promotion, it is her."
