"DBEC has repeatedly saved the day... and I've only been a customer for a week! I experienced an event florist's worst nightmare last weekend. After driving 15 hours from MN for a destination wedding where I was both vendor and guest, 300ft of beautiful fresh garland + tons of greens from a greens company (that shall remain nameless) failed to arrive. Hoping the shipment would show up at the last second, I sent my husband 40 minutes away to DBEC for just enough greens to get started on the bridal party flowers late Friday morning. DBEC didn't have exactly what I originally ordered (as expected!) but they asked enough questions of my husband (who is a software engineer, btw, and wouldn't know Galax leaves from Ivy) to make great substitutions. Despite knowing that I was likely a one-time client, the service, quality, and prices were excellent. But wait, there's more! Saturday morning when it became painfully obvious that no garland was coming, I sent him back for another load. They sorted through new deliveries for full boxes of everything quickly enough that he was back before we were done with breakfast. Everything turned out beautifully, and the bride didn't even know it was 100% improvised until someone clued her in the next day. DBEC truly saved the day - twice! - and I will absolutely use them again if I'm back in the area!!!"
