"I showed up for my first appointment. No one showed up. I made another appointment. I called before I showed up. I waited 20 minutes. Then Mary came out and said. Oh you have a appointment ,I can’t take you. Just leave them. I asked and wanted to sit down with someone. I told her that. She said she can’t do it. Don’t make a mistake and waste your time with this place. I don’t understand how H&M’s block is still in business with horrible customer service. Believe me. I will schedule with another tax company! I called back after the so called owner told me to call. Again. No customer service. No fixing problems. They asked me again and again what I need. I said my taxes done. Well we can’t help with that now. The worst customer service."

"They say they accept walk ins. They don't. You need an appointment. You can't make an appointment there. You have to call or do it online because the receptionist does it. The receptionist isn't in. Gave a star for the nice overworked woman who did double time as greeter to tell us that they couldn't help. Hire another receptionist and give that poor lady a raise please."
