"My agent filed for something I was not eligible for..which as the "tax pro" should have known that. Therefore causing delays in refund being sent out, and a lesser refund then quoted, plus still charging $200 for service. Then when I called him he lied and said he looked into it and all was well, it was being held up by my bank. I received notice from the irs a week after. And now won't return my documented email I sent him."
