"Today, July 11, 2020, I had an appointment at 12pm. Got there and the lady at the front desk told me to have a seat. I sat until 12:30pm and no one had the common courtesy or decency to let me know what the delay was. I mean NOBODY said anything to me for half and hour. I understand there can be delays but you have to let people be aware of such delays, time is a very precious commodity. Very unprofessional, do better."
