"I went there today to ask a question about a problem with my W-2 and I spoke to a young lady named Fran, she was very nice and really helped me, she supervised a young lady named Kiara on doing my taxes, she also was very nice, polite and very professional. I was able to get them done. The only problem I had with getting them done today is that I was charged almost $600 and that's a lot. But other than that, the young women in this place where very polite . UPDATE: 3/17/2023 I called today to try to get help with a issue I already was having with my W-4 from my job, so I tried to contact someone and was unable , I was told because of this review I left, I need to go somewhere else. I just wanted to ask a question. I didn't realize that my relationship I have with my daughter , would have impact on me doing business with Libery. I am pretty sure people leave reviews all the time , but because of who I am it's a problem. It's unprofessional and childish and should have nothing to do with business. Now I'm upset, because I cant get help now after already doing my taxes and charging me , because of my review that wasn't bad, just wish i knew how much I was being charged before continuing to finish my taxes. I mean come on who wants to file taxes and then find out that they were charged almost $ 600 , really who wouldn't be upset. I hope that this review now gets the attention it should. I was charged that much after knowing my refund was less than $5000 without federal."
