"Had an appointment this past Thursday with a Robert O"Neil. He called begging me to reschedule. So we did for today, Sunday at noon. He was supposed to message me telling me he was 15 minutes out from the office. He never did and I had forgotten about the appointment we had at noon, but remembered at 12:30. He basically said, oh well. Tough luck. And then he hung up on me. I should have kept my original appointment. And stuck it to him since he wanted to leave early that Thursday. I would no recommend this person. He will end up screwing you if it does not suit his way"
"My experience at H & R block was great!!! They have a drop off policy put in place during Covid. Your taxes are done the same day. You pick them up in an hour or two & mail it. They also have the chairs spaced at a reasonable & safe distance. They are very polite! Nancy always files my property taxes & she's great! Thumbs up!"
