H&R Block

"First and last time that I will go to H&R Block!! Went in to have my taxes done. A few weeks after doing my taxes, I get a letter from the IRS that my payment wont go through. I couldn’t reach anyone at H&R so I called the corporate office. I set up an appt for a call back. That person checked my acct and told me the checking acct number for the federal payment was missing the last 3 digits of the acct #. When the man sent my electronic payment to the IRS, he entered my checking acct # leaving out the last three numbers of my account. (I gave him the check while I was there to enter the routing number and account number). So the IRS never got my payment!! HOW CARELESS AND IT WAS THE MOST I EVER PAID!!! ALSO, I HAVE TO PAY A PENALTY & FEES TO THE IRS!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!"

"I wish I knew I didn’t have to go through with my return till after I swiped my card. Will never step foot back in this location. 320 dollars is an absolute scam. Beyond worried when my tax expert is using google for answers. Scary"

"The lady that assisted us, her name is Lorene, was very polite and helpful. She explained everything about my taxes, that way I know better what to do, how much I will pay, how much will be my return and what I have to do to make easy to make my taxes next year."

He encouraged me to return and follow up with any questions. The tax preparer Claire was wonderful to work with. I found her to be quick, proficient, courteous, and patient. I would recommend her to friends or family and will look for her next tax season."
