"Best place I got my taxes done"

"Filed taxes early in the year and still have not received it, they deposited it into the wrong bank account. As if that didn’t do it enough, they have not been helpful throughout this whole process. They will tell you they’ll get back to you and you will never hear from them again. Oh and good luck trying to get in contact with them. Place is almost always closed and it’s rare they pick up the phone. Have been coming here for years no issues, I don’t know what changed this year."

"Usually not one to leave reviews, or to go full Karen mode.. but this place is terrible. Dropped taxes off early April, didn’t hear anything back until mid august. Now no one’s picking up the phone or they turn they’re phones off and the place has been closed. Still haven’t gotten my taxes back. Online they’re hours say open 9am-8pm Monday-Sunday, but no one’s been there. Should probably update your hours online. Not sure what happened this year didn’t have these issues the previous year but will definitely not be coming back next year. Save your money time and energy there’s more professional places out there. If it wasn’t for google making me put a star down they wouldn’t get a star at all."

"I dropped my paperwork off in March. I was patiently waiting because I know they have tons of clients. I received a phone call from someone saying I would be called after April 18th. May came & no call. I called multiple times, no answer, I left messages & calls were never returned. I went to the office only to find it closed. I continued calling until finally someone answered. They proceed to tell me they would send a message over with urgency so they can call me back. I never received that call. Once again I called multiple times until someone answered. Once again I was told the same "I'll send a message over with urgency". All I wanted was an update due to it being nearly 2 months since the drop off of paperwork at the time. Now we are in June, nearly 3 months since paperwork was dropped off & still nothing. The fact that they don't returns calls to even update clients is unprofessional & unacceptable. Communication is key for me which clearly they lack. I'm never going back."

"Wouldn't go to anyone else ever again!!! Seriously they are so good professional and organized I love how they give me everything in the folder are extremely honest make me feel very comfortable . I really wish I went to them sooner been going for about 3 yrs have sent my family & friends & they feel the same way Julie is an amazing at what she does & so is her family it's a family business & everyone is great as well ..."
