"Got my taxes done there for years and I truly regret it. Rates are way higher than other tax agencies/accounting firms that I’m sure offer better service. The communication is poor and delayed in many instances. You have to reach out multiple times especially to consult with Anita Conner & she either doesn’t respond or takes weeks or months to get back to you. The front desk receptionist is no help. Anita is not concerned about being responsive or holding up to her end of the bargain. She takes the money & runs. It’s disgraceful & despicable. I honestly am regretful of how long I used the services there due to the terrible customer service & lack of responsiveness on the part of Anita. No one is that busy or important that they can’t properly respond to clients and put them first. I’m not sure how her business has even lasted this long. I had loyalty to a fault & am so glad my eyes are now open & I’ve moved on. This firm is a huge disappointment & I do not recommend it. If you want to be respected as a client & obtain top notch customer service, take your money elsewhere. It’ll probably cost you less and you will get the quality service you deserve. I wish I could give it a 0 but no such option exists."
