"The tax preparer was okay but I left the office with more questions than answers. This made the service mediocre to me. I called ahead of time for upfront prices but once they were done I got a higher bill than quoted. There were no future tips for next year provided. The office staff rushed you to read over and just sign papers. I was told to call back if I had questions. I had multiple returns for people in the household with questions. I had hoped the office would be providing detailed and experienced guidance since I saw good reviews. However, I felt my taxes were not as thoroughly reviewed as they could have been and every deduction was not found for me. I'm disappointed here. I wouldn't recommend as a first option especially if you are looking to potentially itemize and maximize deductions."
