"Absolutely terribly The lady in charge behind the counter was so rude and ill mannered. She kept pulling my arms and hands not to mention when I told her that on of the nails were uneven and if she could fix it she snapped at me talking about “wait till I’m done then I’m not done” EVEN WHEN SHE WAS DONE my nails were shorter than I asked. And when my nails were painted I was checking to see if she missed a spot and she kept raising her voice in a attitude fashion telling me to put my hands under the gel light. SHE COULDNT EVEN BE PATIENT! The store has great colors but after that one experience with that nail lady behind the counter I’ll never spend my money over there again."

"This is my 5th time here & my cuticles were cut multiple times here by the owner while getting a simple manicure. I shouldn’t have come back after the first time it happened. When I approached the owner about it happening on multiple occasions, she said she’d be more careful this time. Yet, it happened again and this time I was bleeding a bit. All I got was a “sorry”. Any well-run establishment with good customer service would’ve done more to show that they were truly sorry about cutting a customer’s fingers. I asked if I had to pay full price since she could see I was bleeding and after explaining that she shouldn’t treat customers this way, she reluctantly took off $3. She’s losing way more than $3 in the long run because I’ll never spend a dime here again.Terrible customer service."

"This was my first time coming here. I asked the lady to only clean up my eyebrows but instead she made them half the size they were. The shape of both brows are different and one side is shorter than the other. To top it off she plucked more skin than hair of my face. This my first and last visit l."

"The staff is very friendly and takes the time to make sure you are satisfied. My husband and i had the 45 mins green tea pedicure with 15mins massage that ended with hot stone massage. Very nice experience. Highly recommended."

"Today was my first day visiting the salon. My sister and I decided to give it a try, I must say that if it were possible to give zero stars I would. My experience was not great at all, upon walking into the salon we were seated and my sister did not have a long wait at all to get her pedicure done. I was pushed around from seat to seat until finally someone sat down in front of me to do my manicure. I told him that I would like a full set with gel Polish. He nodded his head and began to push back my cuticles! That's all he did! My nails were still very crooked and jagged. Nothing else, and he started to get the dryers out and was ready to start painting. I told him that I had wanted a full set, he became very irate and started screaming and pointing at me. Once again I was pushed around from chair to chair. Once someone had sat down with me she had started to work on my nails, digging very deeply into my skin to the point that my pinky bled. My sister was also getting her nails done at this time and the woman cut her thumbnail to short and told my sister that she would just paint the skin. Which she did! After getting home and only having our nails done for a few hours the polish started to chip. All in all we did not have a great experience and will not be returning to the salon."
