"Thanks for returning my paperwork as you held on to this for months, since 4/5/23, without doing anything with it. Thanks for blocking me on facebook because you were upset I wasn't happy with your service. Your response was that when people write a bad review, you delete them and block them. I find this highly unprofessional behavior. If you couldn't handle our unique tax situation, as you were fully aware of, then you should've respectfully declined our business. I hope you fixed your errors, and have not caused us to lose any more money. We will be finding a new accountant in hopes to fix your errors, and get caught up. Just a tip for you, when a client is not happy, don't ignore them and block them, try to help them next time."
