"Excellent Doctor! We have being taking our kids for the past 2 years and the experience has being great every single time. We have had terrible experiences at other practices with an average wait time of 1.5 hours on each scheduled appointment but never had that since we moved to Dr.Damani’s practice. I see a lot of negative reviews for the receptionist, which is really unfair to the practice. IMO The receptionist is not one of those typical ‘all talk no walk’ customer care person you find at most group practices, I have found her to be on-point, accommodating and has never screwed up billing or appointments in our experience there."

"My mid wife had given me a list of pediatricians who accept my health insurance and are in the area. This office was one of them. I read the reviews. High ratings on the doctor terrible ratings on the receptionist. Didnt bother me bc I'd be coming here for the doctor. Figured I could handle a receptionist who has an additude problem. I called, the receptionist answered the phone and said "Hello" it wasnt even a friendly hello it was more like a what do you want hello if that makes sense. Now I've worked in customer service for over 16 years. I would never answer the phone like that, no matter how annoyed I was or how bad my day was going. Embarrassed and taken aback, thinking I called somebody's residence, I ask her if this was the pediatrics office and shes like "yeah". I tell her I'm due the end of July and I would like to find a pediatrician (mind you this is my first pregnancy) she says "Well what insurance do you have?" I tell her. Her response, " We dont accept that insurance" I know this was total bs and she just didnt FEEL like doing her job. Listen if you hate your job so much and you're not a people person FIND ANOTHER JOB!! I feel bad for this doctor who seems to have alot of happy patients but their receptionist is toxic for their establishment and desperately needs to be let go."

"We were there 2/27/20. The receptionist is out of hand! She’s rude, unprofessional, brash, and a bunch of other adjectives I’d rather not share here. She hangs up on you, doesn’t acknowledge you at the window, when she finally does, she greets you with, ‘do you have your insurance card?’. Well thanks for the welcome considering we’re new patients and you’re looking to earn our business with some decent customer service. This office failed miserably and the attitude is as they’re the only pediatrician in town. I expect that attitude from a monopoly like Waste Management. The doctor had to come up to the desk and assist and even stated, ‘Me and her don’t talk to each other’. Well that’s a huge problem and was evident when we found ourselves being asked the same questions her receptionist asked. Dr. needed to knock it out of the park to make up for her rude receptionist and she was simply average. So we won’t be going back and will look for the next pediatrician. Having a baby is stressful enough and to deal with an office who isn’t warm and just outright rude is unacceptable."

"Dr Damani has been an awesome doctor for our daughters. She’s been kind enough to see us in case of emergencies on holidays as well. She always calls us back whenever we leave a message. We are truly lucky to have her as our children’s doctor!!"
