"On 012624 at approximately 0800 , my daughter was seen by an older white female doctor ( not her regular) for a mouth sore. She just sanitized her hands and immediately seen the patient. Even she used a stick to examined her mouth, I feel she should've wear gloves and wash her hands. Everything was great unpon leaving. The doctor pulled down her mask and used her hands to robbed her itchy nose.. my thought right away was i hope she washes her hands when seeing next child."
"The only reason we’re still with them is due to my child having specialists within CHOP. This office in particular used to be excellent but now you can barely be seen let alone wait less than 20 minutes on hold to have to give them a message to wait for a call back. The doctors are great, but then they have new ones or NPs.. what use is a pediatrics office if you can’t be seen by any of your 4 regular pediatricians and told to go to urgent care?"
"If you call, no one answers and a message tells you to use the online portal. If you use the online portal to try to make an appointment, it won't let you, and if you send a message to your Dr, they just tell you to call, but don't answer the phone. When you finally do manage to get an appointment, they just want to send you to a specialist, which takes months to get an appointment, or to the ER for something they could have treeated. We've started going to urgent care for almost everything because they're so difficult to deal with."
"I've had the worst experience now that they triage sick calls. I called weekly for two weeks and they told me that my child didn't need to be seen for a cough and chest congestion. When I called the third time i was told to wait again, that the cough would linger 3 to 4 weeks, but if I wanted to be seen (since I stressed it was my 3rd time calling) I could schedule. To then find out they had NO appointments. They then proceeded to tell me to take her to urgent care or the ER instead. Fortunately, I did that and found out it was bronchitis. What's the point of triaging if they misdiagnose your condition. My daughter ended up having bronchitis which could have been diagnosed and treated earlier. Also, they don't take into consideration that going to the ER or urgent care is more out of pocket costs through many insurances then a sick visit. We are obviously not happy about this entire situation and will be switching practices who actually take sick visits seriously!"
"We were recommended this location after having our son. One doctor was a bit pushy about formula vs breast feeding. Every other doctor we have met has been super friendly and helpful. The staff at the front desk are always happy and willing to help. The family bathrooms are roomy though wish the changing table was higher to reduce bending over."
