While Refund Advance is no longer available this year, we offered Early Refund Advance at select locations from December 11, 2023, to January 14, 2023, and No Fee Refund Advance at most locations from January 2, 2024, to February 11, 2024.
We offer appointments for in-person tax preparation, drop-off tax preparation, and assistance with IRS letters. To schedule an appointment with a Tax Pro, we recommend booking online or calling us at (215) 393-7511. Walk-ins are also welcome at our 728 W. Main Street office.

"I will NEVER EVER RETURN TO A JACKSON HEWITT EVER AGAIN!!! Came in with coupon code and was not aware or told that the charge over 800.00 to file your taxes went in with a coupon code and still had to pay out the A** for our taxes to be done and we were never asked questions, my husband and I were talking about our kids and then that’s when the representative said you never told me you had kids, was never asked about anything else, then was told the amount of the charges that was what is was. HIGHLY DISGUSTED!!"
"RUN DON'T STOP DO NOT stop here. Was charged over 30 dollars per minute and did my taxes incorrectly . Place smelled of smoke . Equipment was outdated, decor was in shambles . If I could give them a -2 I would , very unprofessional , rude uncaring , disconnected . Over charged , was not told about cost or fees ahead of time. NO TRANSPARENCY!! Place looks run down inside and out! The old delapatated sign on their lawn should have signaled me not to go here. They should be embarrassed ripping off a senior hard-working man. Tried to work with the manager to rectify situation to no avail. Manager extremely rude and abrasive and hung up on me. And forget getting anywhere with Corporate. They don't care and send you in a loop. This place rips off the average working man and charges exorbitant fees. How can you justify over $350 for 30 minutes for a simple return? Highway robbery!!"
