"From our first check up days after birth through our 2 year old well visit, the staff and doctors at Tri County have been exceptional. We have been seen in 4 of the offices by varying providers and have always felt comfortable with the care being given. While the unknown is scary, this little sponge came home and knew how to be a doctor and still talks about her appointment like she had fun! (Sorry to everyone who had to listen to her screaming the whole time!) Highly recommend the team at Tri County."

"Save yourself the trouble and don’t go to this place. The front desk ladies are rude and they discriminate foreigns who do not understand English too well. They sit and talk and laugh instead of helping out children in their waiting room. They give incorrect medical advice (told us our 1 year old son had ear infection) when he did not. We have ran into multiple problems with this office and their rudeness. No longer will we be coming here for anything."

"I have never had a bad experience at this office. There are times that I have waited a little longer than my appointment time but it wasn’t as if no one was working. It’s a busy office and every patient is there for different reasons.I honestly feel like the doctors take their time with each patient’s needs. Overall staff are very kind and courteous."

"On 11/17/2022, my son and his mother visited the Southampton office at around 3.30pm to collect a from for the school. My son found out that his body fat percentage written as 87% when his BMI is 24 and he is pretty masculine. He wanted to get it corrected. However the front desk lady was impatient and adamant that he has a BFP of 87%. He called me on the phone and attempted to talk to her to get it corrected. She was rude and again stubborn to say that it is 87% and yelled at my son saying “take him off the phone. I don’t have time to talk to him”. It’s not only about the value is wrong but also about the poor customer service. She could have said, “ let me check with provider” or something similar to that. Well, if it’s the culture of the office, I would complain to the department of health and the insurance company."

"Great practice. Clean, staff is polite, always quick to respond and to answer all my questions. Love the online check in option before an appointment which makes checking in so much faster and easier! Wait in the waiting room is always under 10 min. My daughter sees Dr. Jaffee. He is wonderful! Takes the time to listen to ALL my questions (I am a first time mom ;)) and answers them in a very easy and clean cut way. He's great and I feel very confident in his advice. Thanks Doc! On call service after hours is good too. They get back to you within an hour and answer all my questions efficiently."
