"I thought I would try a new place to do my taxes, I have had them done by another account for 15 years but when I saw they had a 50 percent off I figured I would try them. But I found out that they charged me twice what I normally paid to get them done and I had to pay money this year I have never had to pay anything before I always got a refund. Jackson Hewitt is a big scam and I will never go there again and will be telling everyone I know not to use them"

"Made an appointment— maybe it wasn’t written down. Came a few minutes early and saw a post it on the door “out to lunch” — management. I waited and got cold so I waited another 40 minutes in my car. I called many times and no answer. I waited a total 1h 30min for nothing."

"As always my tax lady Melissa was amazing!! What really upset me was that I was pestered about this tax day loan through e mail. I set the appointment and went in only to get denied but pre approved for a 500 advance when I went back in to do my taxes. Nope got denied. What's the point? Whatever bank they use needs to get their act together!!"
