"I’ll never go back. I made an appointment for Friday at 11, online and I received a call to confirm that time. Thursday afternoon I received a call stating that they weren’t available at that time but could reschedule for anytime between 3-5pm. While this was a big inconvenience to me, I relented and rescheduled for their available time. I had to find a babysitter last minute, my husband could no longer come as he had work in the afternoon and I had to cancel all of the prior plans I’d made just to do taxes with their schedule. I showed up Friday, 2:50pm and waited for over 20 minutes, then the accountant came over to say he was going to be a while and could I drop my things with them to be done on their time. Absolutely not. They disrespected my time several times and I have no confidence in their ability to file taxes properly if they can’t even keep a decent schedule. So unprofessional and rude."
