"I went in for an interview for an assistant manager position. Latecia said I did great and emailed me the link to get a background check started which cleared in 3 days. I had a phone interview with the district manager who said I was confident and had a bubbly personality, and that's something they're looking for in a candidate. He definitely used language that meant I was a good fit. However, they decided to go with someone else who has more experience in an assistant manager role at a retail store. Granted I have less than two years experience as an assistant manager in a retail setting, but I had numerous experiences in a leadership role and developing people : I was a camp counselor, I volunteered at a children's ministry, I did field training at my last job. This is all LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE WHICH IS A KEY TRANSFERABLE SKILL! I've also had years of experience in customer service. But that wasnt good enough for them because apparently they are lazy to train anyone! Oh and did I mention I have my own pet sitting business? Yeah I have my own side business! I also have a bachelor's degree in public relations. Guess they don't want someone who is a well rounded high quality candidate but rather a one trick pony!!!!"

"If I could give zero stars for customer service, I would not hesitate to give for these two customer assistants. Clarks should be ashamed of employing them. They are very rude and have no interest in answering questions. I actually said hi to them when I enter the store, but they ignored me and they were very rude to everyone that was coming to the store I don’t know who hired these girls. Anyway, we're not coming back here ever again. So disappointing."
