"Do not go to this place. I brought in a pair of leather boots and briefcase to be fixed. The upper part of one boot was coming loose from the sole and needed to be sewn back together. The boots were brown so the stitching was brown. The lady that works there used white thread that could be seen instead of brown. Horrible workmanship! Now with the briefcase a couple of the small screws had broken off detaching the metal handle from the briefcase. She just globbed super glue in the holes and all over the handle and calls it fixed! When I tell her the work is unacceptable, she gets an attitude because what does she care. They make you pay first! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!! The first picture is of the entire briefcase. The second is of the good handle. The third is of the handle she put super glue on and claimed it's fixed. You can see the glue smeared everywhere! The last picture is of the boot."
