"Fees are ABSOLUTELY outrageous to file taxes at this location. Not to mention when I came to drop my taxes off, I was met with a woman who was very rude when I was confused on whether or not to go in the building. She rudely told me that she needs to finish her cigarette in a rude voice before she came in. Which was fine, but no need for the attitude."

"I had my taxes prepared by them. Afterwards, I had a question. Called, no one could answer. I had to schedule a telephone appointment to ask it again. No one called me as scheduled. Then, I attempted to leave a message. The machine cut me off before I could ask. Save your money and aggravation. Don't go here."

"Mary Snyder was awesome in explaining the new tax laws and how they effected my return. She explained the fees up front and hid nothing. I had all of my questions answered on the billing before we started and the entire process was very smooth. I appreciated the fact that she was asking me questions to make sure she understood everything and the fact that she double checked her figures to ensure she would get me the best outcome for my tax bracket. I did end up owing however when she explained my options with the IRS I was very relieved and felt better about the entire process. Mary even ask about my W4 selections and offered advice on changes to help with next year. In my opinion Mary is a Golden in that office and I will drop her name to family and friends for the 2019 tax season."
