Perhaps they gave it to someone else who claims they are owed money. Would you like it if liberty gave your tax return to someone else because that someone else is someone who claims you owe them money? Figure it out liberty because if you get any phone call from anyone asking for thier tax return and the IRS has sent it out on time your going to have some explaining to do."
