"I had a great experience. My son saw Dr Zwillenberg who is wonderful w kids .. taught him how to wash his hands like a surgeon which he is still siked out about 6 months later. Of course their first line of care is surgery .. because they are surgeons and all. But I followed the other allergist route as first line of treatment because this is my only kid and the knife scares the heck out of me... We saw an allergist and he is much better but any sickness he has targets his throat and sinuses so it looks like we are going in the OR direction like the Doc said we eventually would. .... And the people in front got us in the back before we could sit, after the appointment the surgery was scheduled with consideration for us, too and the Dr came out again to confirm surgery and reiterate everything thing to make sure I understood them and stayed to answer any additional questions I had because he knew this whole situation stressed me out and he was very empathetic about it. IDK if bad reviewers caught these people on a bad day or what but my experience was opposite of them."

"Very rude staff, no respect for patients. We waited 3 months for an appointment with an ophthalmologist. Two hours before the doctor's appointment, they sent us which doctor would take us. Of course, we did not have time to receive a referral ((((("

"I don’t know why I continue to try St. Chris every few years, they never change for the better. This ENT visit was not a pleasant experience. I normally do not do negative reviews. Because my momma taught me if I have nothing nice to say don’t say anything at all. But today I could not stay silent. Staff not helpful, not knowledgeable at all, long wait time, billing issues (overcharging), physician could not give an answer or recommendation to make my child’s discomfort better. This is a pretty vague description but I’m sure enough to deliver my message. If you can help it please don’t come here"

"I gave 1 star bc you can't give zero. Not a good experience at all. My daughter was being evaluated for surgery. Dr Zwillenburg never evaluated her, my wife and two kids were there over 2.5hrs. Was seen only by a resident, meaning a student who is learning, and his information was relayed back to Dr Zwillenburg, where ever he was, which was not in the office meeting my daughter and wife to ease their worries about a 9yr olds surgery. I went with my daughter the following week, I made another appointment, to have her evaluated by the doctor, who is supposed to be doing surgery on her. Dr Zwillenburg began to give me a hard time about why we were there again to see him, until I made him aware that I was a nurse in a local hospital and had discussed with a surgeon how my daughter was never seen by the doctor, just the resident, for her preop visit. Then his attitude changed. He then stated that it wasn't him that my daughter didn't see, but his brother David. But that was not who we were supposed to see, we were scheduled to see Seth Zwillenburg. The whole experience did not feel warm and fuzzy at all, but instead it felt like these two doctors, who look very similar, were playing a game with their patients and their parents! Steer clear of this group, there are many other capable pediatric ENTs in the area."
