"My wife and I went here for 7 years no issues, suddenly they canceled our appointments, they treated us like we weren’t worthy of their time. They told us their system is down so we reschedule and then we get a call saying they were closing the office for the day even though it was our 3rd time rescheduling, then told us “their heat is off” for the 4th time.. all of this with no help to even schedule us and this is all after they messed up our taxes and we had to wait 10 months to get our return due to their mistakes. I am sure they do well by most people but if you are one of the few people that they mess up with they will treat you like you are the problem. Good luck playing taxes roulette"
