"This office has gone to hell since diversity started. The front desk is very unprofessional. My grandson has been going there for 10 yrs. I took a school form to be filled out by a doctor. The front desk told me they would call me in a week to pick up the form. Never happen. They don't answer phones. When I finally got in touch with them. They told me they couldn't find the form. However, I wasn't surprised. to much chatting in the front desk."

"NEVER ANSWERS OFFICE PHONES! I don't know what is going on with this office, but the common theme here seems to be that they never answer the phone. Look at all the other reviews as well. My 2 year old is really sick, burning up with a fever for the past 3-4 days. My wife and I have been calling their office multiple times over the past hour or so and leaving messages with no luck. No return calls. Nothing. How am I supposed to get my son seen???? What's worse is they don't seem to care either as no explanation is given and none of these Google reviews have been answered. My advice? Find a more service-oriented doctors office instead of one that leaves you hanging when you need them. It is a shame to say that as well because the doctors are good and the staff are friendly when you can ACTUALLY get ahold of them. They're just highly unreliable in times of emergency or spontaneous need. If you're looking for a pediatric office that will be there for you when you call, this is not the place. Keep scrolling."

"We have been at this office for 5 years. If I could give stars only to dr. B it would be 5, he is amazing, other than that customer service is awful. It has been about a month that my daughter’s dentist is trying to get a referral from them, she has been calling several times, I have been calling several times, calls and messages were ignored or didn’t go through according to office manager. I was there in person, asked to talk to the manager Mary and what I got is arrogance in front of my face. It used to be such a nice place, new front desk employee (Kiara I believe is her name sucks). Currently looking for a new office, stay away from this place"

"This office is terrible. I handed in my son’s physical form over 3 weeks ago. He has gone to this office for over 2 years and they filled his physical form out last year with no problem. I take it and hand it in. After a week with no call, I go and they tell me his records are incomplete. They tell me I have to have the information transferred. I called his previous doctors office to get it sent over & come to find out this office needs to request it with a form, which I need to fill out in person. They never gave it to me when I was there the week prior. I go there again & fill out the paper. The old doctors confirm sending the information over last Thursday. They call me yesterday stating he never got his 4 yo shots, which I state that he was at this office and got multiple shots. They scheduled me to come in tomorrow to receive the shots. They call me today and cancel the shots saying he did get them. Then I’m asking when the form will be filled out and the lady is telling me she’ll call when it’s finished. That was at 10am this morning. I have called 4 times since with no answer from the front desk. TERRIBLE customer service, incompetent, and over all laziness. His form is due in 3 days or he’ll lose his position at school. It should not take over 3 weeks to fill out a form! And over 2 years to state that his file is incomplete!m especially when I was just there in April for his yearly check up!! Do NOT take your kid here. They don’t care about getting your information correct or possibly overdosing your child with multiple vaccines they have already gotten!"
