"The immigrant that works here is rude and very unprofessional!! He was aggressive and in denial after learning that his work failed miserably. He had the audacity to argue a pointless point after countless times of reassuring him that in fact he did do the work! He was reluctant to give the name and phone number of the owner John. Then tried to make hisself small (literally) self look bigger by trying to gain respect of a male customer! My family and I have been customers of this establishment since they were across the street, I’ve known the original owner and older brother for YEARS!! The by far will be reported to John as he claims he had no idea when he comes to the shop with refusal to contact him when asked! I will continue to come to the store until I see John to report him in person! Unacceptable and will not go unaccounted for!!"

"I had come a very long way because of all the positive reviews. I waited outside his business 25mins because he didn’t put a notice up that he was away at lunch. When he finally showed up he didn’t even apologize for the wait. He always took one glance at my shoes and said he couldn’t stretch them and that I should just wear them to make room. But because of how the boot was constructed I couldn’t even get my foot in. I was really frustrated considering how far I came and the unprofessionalism. I took them to another business and they were able to stretch them a size like I wanted & they did it in 24hours"

"Marlow shoe repair gave new life to two of my favorite pairs of shoes. I've had these Dior boots for over 15 years and the wear and tear was really starting to show. On top of that, I tripped and managed to separate the heel completely while also destroying some of the leather. Realistically, I knew that it was time to let them go but couldn't bring myself to do it. So I put them in the back of my closet for a couple of years and tried not to think about them. Then, Marlow Shoe Repair came into my life and promised me they could be saved. I had low hopes but had nothing to lose so I went for it. I am very happy to report that they did a phenomenal job!!! They look as good as new and the heels actually feel better than the original even! It was the same case with the Chanel heels. I made the mistake of wearing them on the cobble stone streets of Paris and destroyed them! However, Marlow came to my rescue once again and they are pristine. I'm generally pretty difficult to please but I have nothing but rave reviews for these guys. They shoes even smell new"
