"I dropped a pair of boots off about 2 months ago to be serviced here. A lady at the counter took them in after taking down my info and giving me a ticket. She told me they had to go into the warehouse to be serviced, which is odd because the last time I dropped boots off I got them back the same day after being fixed in the back of the store. Patiently waiting I called back about 4 weeks later and they still haven’t received them back. Then I waited another 4 weeks and went up to the store, and I get told they have them in the back and must have lost the ticket. So in total it took 8 weeks for some minor glue stitching that’s already falling apart after a week or 2 of use. Pretty sure it could have been put back together better than that. Also I’ve purchased 2 pairs of boots from red wing over the past 3 years paying $250+ for each of them, that already have holes in them and are falling apart. My army boots last over 5-6+ years when I used to have them before things like this happened. Safe to say I will never buy redwing boots again!!!"
