"We hired Kitchens of Fredericksburg to completely gut/renovate our kitchen, master bathroom, and an additional bathroom. This was a big job, and we are so thrilled with the outcome. Pete Hudson was very professional from start to finish. He had a full understanding of the scope of work, met with us numerous times, and provided us with a check list to work through to make all our selections prior to beginning the job. He put us in contact with local vendors to make our selections; everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Pete's thorough attention to detail and communication gave us complete trust and confidence. Sophia, the office manager, was also delightful to work with; she was always available to answer our questions. We were very happy that the majority (over 90%) of the work was done by Pete and his son-in-law, Adnan. The few areas Pete contracted out were communicated with us; Pete was present to introduce the contractors and explain the work they would be doing. Because of the grand scale of the project, our timeline for completion was about 8 weeks, which we knew in advance. Pete and Adnan worked diligently to stay on schedule even with a few delays from the cabinet manufacturer. Highly recommend Kitchens of Fredericksburg for your kitchen renovation needs. "Peter and crew began our bathroom project on Jun 26 with an approximate 8-day timeframe. All work was well done, and they cleaned up after themselves each day. Regrettably the suppliers messed up, TWICE, on correctly delivering one component, which added an extra 5 weeks to the project completion! During that time, Peter kept in touch. Our contract with him called for the final third payment at project completion. Despite the delay caused by the suppliers, Peter adhered to our agreement and billed the final amount upon completion. Pete was always VERY responsive from the first initial email requesting a quote to any and every question before, during and after our project was complete. Kenny was incredible as well, he was here on time everyday, and communicated what was going on and what he would be working on next. He also communicates any time off he would be taking, which wasn’t much at all as we all have lives outside of work. He really became like another member of the family and when our project was complete we kind of missed him.
